	Integrated Applications Engineering, Inc. (IAE), as a systems engineering company, has been engaged in the petroleum industry, particularly in China since it was incorporated in 1985. Its early achievements included systems engineering design and consulting services in the area of digital telemetry seismic instruments, digital seismic streamers, and satellite navigation systems. The Institute Francois Petroleum (IFP), Compaigne Generale Geophysiqe (CGG), Communications Satellite Corporation (Comsat), Whitehall Co., World Bank and United Nations are on the list of IAE’s early customers.

Pioneer

IAE, in cooperation with its principals as a pioneer, in providing high-tech products and services to customers in China since 1985. IAE's contribution included helping chinese customers to import, operate and maintain a series of equipment and manufacturing facilities, some of which were first introduced by IAE including:

		Integrated satellite navigation systems for offshore exploration

		Portable satellite positioning system for seismic survey and grilling rig in remote and offshore areas

		Digital radio telemetry seismic instruments

		In-field seismic data processing system

		Manufacture line for digital seismic instruments.

Due to the high technology imported and absorbed, the technical level of Chinese petroleum industry, particularly the geophysical sector has been raised rapidly and approached the worldwide advanced level in just a few years.


	Worldwide Market Explorer

	To bridge the gap between Chinese companies and worldwide market, IAE and its offices in different countries have been marketing Chinese products and services since late 1980's. Nigeria, a country rich in oil and natural gas, ranks in the top ten of oil producer in the world and has an ambitious development program, which offers a large market for Chinese services and products. Through the cooperation with IAE, Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting (BGP), a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has established itself as the dominant provider of seismic acquisition in the Nigerian land market. IAE in cooperation with Great Wall Drilling Corp. another subsidiary of CNPC is also recognized as a viable land drilling contractor in Nigeria. IAE in cooperation with China National Logging Corp has been awarded a contract for DST work in Nigeria and are pursuing other well logging opportunities in Nigeria. Enterprises under China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC), China Petroleum Chemical Corp. (SINOPEC), China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC), China New Star Petroleum Corp. (CNSPC), Ministry of National Territory and Resources, and several companies in the area of microwave telecommunication and power generation have already entrusted IAE as their representative in Nigeria and other countries to market their services and products. Moreover IAE is in a sound financial position with cash on hand in the mid seven figure range and combined lines of credit in excess of twenty-five million dollars, IAE has the financial and technical strength to assure total systems responsibility for both small and medium size projects.
